• Dear Fennville Families:

    We need your HELP, and we need it right now. This year our school district did not receive as many forms back as we need from our families to help us establish our full eligibility for the state and federal funds. Without these funds we will not be able to provide many of the important student services our students rely on, such as after-school programs, summer school programs, the bookmobile, etc.

    In the past we got this information from the Free & Reduced Lunch Application, but thanks to the program this year that is providing free breakfast and lunch for every student, every day, we did not need to ask families to fill out the Free & Reduced Lunch application. The State of Michigan still requires us to provide the Household Information on this form to be able to get access to all the funds our schools are eligible to receive. And that is why we need your immediate help.

    We must have more families fill this form out and return it in the next few days. Next week we will enter our final numbers into the system and it will be our last chance for this year to get full funding for important programs.

    We will be sending forms home with students again. If you did not fill it out the first time, please do so and return it to the school as soon as possible, by Monday at the latest. You can also print the form out yourself by clicking on the link, filling it out, and emailing it to gsiedis@fennville.org.

    Thank you for your help with this important opportunity for us to get full funding for our programs. Please know we do not do anything with these forms other than use them to qualify for funding. They are kept 100% private and confidential, and the information is only added to the system as student numbers that qualify us for additional funding.
